I have had RF treatment on my face which I found to be beneficial in three ways, it is a very relaxing therapy. Another benefit was the reduction in fine lines and an overall healthy glow present on the skin which appeared smoother and more youthful, my skin was commented upon by close friends and one of my tutors who said I looked younger!
Due to the success of RF I have continued the therapy and also had it on my back where I had suffered acne scarring. I saw a massive difference very quickly as acne marks were soothed away completely in some areas and greatly reduced in others I felt more confident to bare my skin on holiday without one hesitation. Something I had not done for 8 years!

Helen has healing hands!! I have been to see her for massages and CKT, my fave treatment is the RF facial, which leaves my skin baby soft. No matter what treatment I have I always leave feeling refreshed and revitalized. She is such a genuine warm person that offers a fantastic service at affordable prices! Highly recommended!

I've been a client of Cambridge Health & Beauty for over a year now, and predominately went for massage for lower back ache, aches and pains and fatigue, in the first instance.
I've ended up trying other treatments too, as Helen applies her holistic approach and suggests potential other treatments which may help.
In between, I've spoiled myself with microdermabrasion sessions, and pleasantly surprised with the results. I'm lucky to have these treatments available so locally.
